IHEM 2014 aims at bridging the discourse between Healthcare, Economics, and Management, besides scholars in both the domains, we also hopes to attract practitioners and researchers in social science, medical technology, biology engineering, public policy, government and private agencies, non-governmental organizations, industrial professions and so on. PhD students and post-doctoral from the relevant fields are welcome as well. 

The engagements on wide-ranging conversations on these broad areas are expected to nurture cutting-edge thoughts and collaborations. We invite original papers describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems, or focusing empirically on potential or realistic areas. Competitive papers, symposia, tutorials, and workshop proposals, are invited in the following areas. Related topics will also be considered.

Areas of interest include (but are not confined to): health economics, health management, health policy, health equity, health services, health promotion, health industry, health education, health law, health care reform, paramedic economy, disease control, public health, public policy, social security, social science, quality of life, etc. Abstracts are limited to 500 words and no limit for full paper, for submission please email to HEM2014@yeah.net. Papers for exchange only but not publication please be specify in abstract and it will not be included in Proceeding. We provide free translation from English to Traditional Chinese for accepted abstracts to fit dual-language characteristic in Hong Kong.
